Taiwan is famous for its delicious street eats, those street eats may be the most loved thing by visitors. It can really be called a feast! Everything looks yummy!

1. Traditional Taiwanese breakfast
Soy milk (the one in the bowl is hot and salty and there is also a cold and sweet soy milk in the cup). Onion pancake with egg. Fried pork baos. Fan tuan which is essentially a sticky rice burrito, stuffed with dried pork sung, pickled turnip, and a fried “salty chinese donut”. All of this was probably 7-8 dollars.
2. Oh-Ah-Jian ( oyster omlette)
It’s a oyster omlette, with veggies and a sweet salty sauce. Found at basically any night market! About 2 bucks.
3. Guo Bao
It’s a a soft white bun stuffed with stewed fatty pork, pickled veggies, peanut powder, and cilantro. You can get your pork three different ways: all fatty, all lean, or half and half. So filling and delicious. About 2-3 bucks.
4. Night market foods.
The grilled sausage served with sliced raw garlic. Yum!
5. Fried Stinky Tofu! Served with chilled pickled cabbage.
They squirt some sweet soy sauce mixture right on top of it! It has a great texture, crispy on the outside and just melts in the middle. We got this at the Rou He night market.

Lots of a oysters and intestines. Garlicky and spicy with cilantro. The perfect food. Probably 2-3 dollars a bowl.
7. The milk tea shaved ice from Ice Monster
Came with boba, almond tofu, and a caramel sauce. Waited in line for a good 45 minutes, well worth the wait!
8. Another shaved snow from Ice Monster. Mango snow also quite tasty!
9. Mister donut
These donuts are so different from the ones you’ll find in the US. Hard to describe, not as sweet with a slight chewy texture. Amazingly addictive!
10. Boba milk tea.
This one is the best, there’s always a long line. They cook the boba in a sugar and just add milk, the boba makes the milk sweet!
