I love pizza, especially home-made! I can add whatever I want and as many of them as I want. This is so fucking awesome!

1. This is not the head of ET’s. LOL.
Mix flour, yeast, salt, water, and oil together until combined. Cover and leave for the day, it needs at least 8 hours. Mix it in the morning and let it sit while you’re at work.
Melt tbsp of butter and tbsp of olive oil. Add two grated garlic cloves, salt, and dried oregano and cook for a few minutes. Then add 1 28oz can of tomatoes, a chopped onion, and basil if you have it. Bring to a boil and then cook on low for about an hour. Stir occasionally.
4. After 8 hours separate the dough into two balls.
This recipe will make 2 10 inch pizzas. Oil your pan and coat the ball of dough. Flatten with your palm. Cover again and let rest for 2 hours.
5. Sauce is coming along.

8. Cooked at oven’s highest, 525 degrees for about 18 minutes.
Browned the bottom crust on the stovetop for 2 minutes to get it nice and crunchy.
Pepperoni, mushrooms, a little bacon. Sprinkled some fresh basil and parmesan on top. Also piled on jalapenos but they didn’t make the pic. It tasted great!
